Korean Spicy Pork

Korean Name: jaeyukbokum

Ingredients

  • Sliced pork (5lbs for very spicy, 10lbs for less spicy)
  • Korean Spicy Sauce
  • Fresh Vegetables

Instructions

Marinate pork in spicy sauce overnight.  Cook with fresh vegetables.

Marinated pork can be portioned and frozen for long term storage.
