Dry Rub Ribs
Ingredients
- St louis style or babyback Pork ribs
- Geera
- Cinnamon
- Chili powder
- Chili flakes
- Paprika
- Thyme
- Garlic chopped
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Ground cloves
- Ground Corriander
- All purpose seasoning salt
Method
- Combine dry ingredients in bowl
- Apply generously to ribs
- Wrap each rack in parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil
- Bake at 300 for 2.5hrs depending on rib thickness
- Bake until tender
