Dry Rub Ribs

Ingredients

  • St louis style or babyback Pork ribs
  • Geera
  • Cinnamon
  • Chili  powder
  • Chili flakes
  • Paprika
  • Thyme
  • Garlic chopped
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Ground cloves
  • Ground Corriander
  • All purpose seasoning salt

 

Method

  1. Combine dry ingredients in bowl
  2. Apply generously to ribs
  3. Wrap each rack in parchment paper and drizzle with olive oil
  4. Bake at 300 for 2.5hrs depending on rib thickness
  5. Bake until tender
