Korean Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500mL Hot Pepper Paste (kochujang)
  • 200mL Sugar
  • 200mL Powdered Chili Pepper (kochugaroo)
  • 200mL Soy Sauce
  • 200mL Corn Syrup
  • 100mL Ground Garlic
  • 100mL Ground Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 200mL Coke (optional, can help tenderize meat)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together.  Use to marinate 10lbs of sliced pork.
