Korean Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
- 500mL Hot Pepper Paste (kochujang)
- 200mL Sugar
- 200mL Powdered Chili Pepper (kochugaroo)
- 200mL Soy Sauce
- 200mL Corn Syrup
- 100mL Ground Garlic
- 100mL Ground Ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 200mL Coke (optional, can help tenderize meat)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Use to marinate 10lbs of sliced pork.
