Spare Ribs in Black Bean Sauce (Piquat)
Ingredients
- 3lbs Pork spare ribs cut
- 3 tbsp salted black beans
- garlic
- ginger
- soysauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- black pepper
- salt (add at end)
- Green onions (optional)
- Cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Cut spare ribs, if not already cut.
- Brown pork in pot.
- Add seasonings except salt and simmer until tender (about 45min).
- Reduce liquid and add salt if needed.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and/or cilantro.
