Bodi Beans & Pork
Ingredients
- Bodi beans
- Pork
- Onions
- Red peppers
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Five spice
- Soy sauce
- Ginger
- Garlic
Instructions
- Cut pork and season with five spice, black pepper, salt, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
- Fry pork in pot with oil, add a tip of water, cover and let simmer until pork is tender (45-60mins).
- Wash bodi beans, trim ends and cut. Dice peppers and onions.
- When pork is tender, uncover and let it dry down a bit.
- Add bodi beans.
- Add red peppers and onions. Cook until ready
