Ham-Har & Pork

Ingredients

  • Pork Short Ribs
  • Salt
  • Ham Har
  • Garlic
  • Black Beans
  • Soya Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Cooking Wine
  • Ginger
  • Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Wash pork.  Cut into ½ inch to 1 inch pieces.
  2. Marinate with salt, black pepper, soya sauce, sesame oil, cooking wine, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Heat Oil.
  4. Add the pork.  Stir, letting pork fry until it has changed color.
  5. Add ham-har.  Stir.
  6. Add water.   Cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove cover when pork is cooked.  Let gravy thicken.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Chop green onions finely.
  10. Stir in half of the green onions.

Sprinkle remaining green onions on top.
