Ham-Har & Pork
Ingredients
- Pork Short Ribs
- Salt
- Ham Har
- Garlic
- Black Beans
- Soya Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Cooking Wine
- Ginger
- Green Onions
Instructions
- Wash pork. Cut into ½ inch to 1 inch pieces.
- Marinate with salt, black pepper, soya sauce, sesame oil, cooking wine, ginger, and garlic.
- Heat Oil.
- Add the pork. Stir, letting pork fry until it has changed color.
- Add ham-har. Stir.
- Add water. Cover and let simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Remove cover when pork is cooked. Let gravy thicken.
- Remove from heat.
- Chop green onions finely.
- Stir in half of the green onions.
Sprinkle remaining green onions on top.
