Baked Ham
Ingredients
- Smoked pork picnic shoulder
- Cloves
- Honey
- Mustard
Instructions
- Remove ham from packaging and rinse.
- Bake at 325F until internal temperature reaches 160F.
- Remove skin and score in diamond pattern
- Decorate with cloves and baste with honey and mustard glaze.
- Broil to dry on glaze.
- Slice and serve.
