Easy Cheezy Corn Puff
Ingredients
- 2 cups whole kernel corn (one large can)
- 1 can cream style corn
- 3 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups cornmeal (polenta or medium coarse)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp baking powder
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 225ml sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Grease dish
- Combine all ingredients except for sour cream and cheddar cheese
- Dollop sour cream ontop and fold in gently
- Sprinkle cheese on top
- Bake for 40 minutes at 375F until golden brown and knife comes out clean
- Serve warm
