Spinach Dip
Makes 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained.
- 1 pkg (1.4oz) KNORR vegetable soup and recipe mix.
- 1 can (8oz) water chestnuts, drained, choped.
- 3 green onions, chopped.
- 1 red peper (optional)
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients until well mixed.
- Cover and chill.
