Italian Stuffed Mushrooms

Italian stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 18 large mushrooms
  • 3/4 lb (375g) hot italian sausages/meat
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs divided
  • 2 eggs beaten with a little water
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. Chop stems. Mix with meat and seasonings.
  4. Fill mushrooms and grill until cooked and golden.
