Italian Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 18 large mushrooms
- 3/4 lb (375g) hot italian sausages/meat
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs divided
- 2 eggs beaten with a little water
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
- Chop stems. Mix with meat and seasonings.
- Fill mushrooms and grill until cooked and golden.
