Stuffed Eggs (Deviled Eggs)
Ingredients
- Hard Boiled Eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Red pepper
- Worcerstersire sauce
- Hot Pepper
Instructions
- Boil eggs, cool and shell.
- Cut in half and remove egg yolks.
- Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, black pepper, worcestersire sauce and hot pepper.
- Using a large icing tube and bag, pipe mashed egg yolks into egg halves.
- Top with a small piece of red pepper, chill and serve.
