Stuffed Eggs (Deviled Eggs)

Devilled eggs

Ingredients

  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Worcerstersire sauce
  • Hot Pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs, cool and shell.
  2. Cut in half and remove egg yolks.
  3. Mash egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, black pepper, worcestersire sauce and hot pepper.
  4. Using a large icing tube and bag, pipe mashed egg yolks into egg halves.
  5. Top with a small piece of red pepper, chill and serve.
