Thai spring rolls

Ingredients

  • Spring roll wrapper
  • Glass noodles (fen si)
  • Extra firm tofu
  • Carrots
  • Bean sprouts
  • Dried chinese mushrooms
  • Garlic
  • Oyster sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Black pepper
  • Chicken (optional)
  • Chili flakes (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Brown garlic in oil.
  2. Add oyster sauce and fish sauce.
  3. Add chicken (optional), tofu, vegetables, glass noodles, black pepper, chili flakes (optional) and water.
  4. Mix and cook briefly.
  5. Add filing to spring roll wrappers. Roll and seal with flour and water paste.
  6. Deep fry until golden brown.
  7. Serve with sweet thai chili sauce.
