Spinach Triangles

Ingredients

  • Filo pastry 
  • Olive oil/melted butter

Filling 

  • Spinach 
  • Onion 
  • Dill
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Feta chees
  • 1 Egg
  • Black pepper 
  • Salt if required

Method

  1. Cook and squeeze dry spinach (or thaw and dry frozen) 
  2. Fry up onions and garlic and add to spinach 
  3. Chop dill and other seasonings and egg. Add to spinach
  4. Layer filo pastry with oil or butter in between
  5. Cut into long strips
  6. Fill and fold into triangles, using oil or butter to close
  7. Brush tops with oil/butter 
  8. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
