Spinach Triangles
Ingredients
- Filo pastry
- Olive oil/melted butter
Filling
- Spinach
- Onion
- Dill
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Feta chees
- 1 Egg
- Black pepper
- Salt if required
Method
- Cook and squeeze dry spinach (or thaw and dry frozen)
- Fry up onions and garlic and add to spinach
- Chop dill and other seasonings and egg. Add to spinach
- Layer filo pastry with oil or butter in between
- Cut into long strips
- Fill and fold into triangles, using oil or butter to close
- Brush tops with oil/butter
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
