Lasagna
Ingredients
- Meat sauce (or white sauce for a meat free option)
- Lasagna noodles
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- Egg
- Red pepper
- Onion
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cream cheese (optional)
- Egg plant
- Zucchini
- Italian herbs
- Cheddar and mozerella cheese blend
- Parmesean cheese
Instructions
- Make meat sauce and slice zucchini and eggplant
- Brown zucchini and eggplant in pan but do not fully cook.
- Slice and cook mushrooms.
- Cook lasagna noodles until soft or use oven ready noodles
- Thaw or cook spinach and cut
- Stir in egg, salt, black pepper, red pepper and onions into spinach.
- Layer lasagna, starting with meat sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Add cheese to each layer
- To the spinach layer, add cream cheese squares and mushrooms
- Bake lasagna 45min - hour until browned lightly and bubbling.
- Top with cheese and remove from oven.
- Cool slightly before serving.
