Seafood Char Kway Teow
Ingredients
- Garlic
- Onions
- Peppers
- Bean Sprouts
- Green Vegetables
- Tofu
- Imitation Crab
- Shrimp
- Shrimp Paste
- Chili Sauce
- (optional) Lapchung (makes it seafood+!)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method
- Season meats/fishes with salt and pepper.
- Stir fry meats and vegetables as usual. Put aside.
- Fry chili sauce and shrimp paste with garlic in oil. Add noodles. Stir.
- Mix everything together.
- Enjoy.
