Couscous

Ingredients

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • Onions
  • Red pepper
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Green peas
  • Butter

  1. Fry up onions, red pepper, celery and carrots.
  2. Place in pot or bowl with couscous.
  3. Boil the water and chicken stock.
  4. Add liquids to couscous, cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
  5. Add green peas and butter. Mix and serve.
