Couscous
Ingredients
- 1 cup couscous
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- Onions
- Red pepper
- Celery
- Carrots
- Green peas
- Butter
- Fry up onions, red pepper, celery and carrots.
- Place in pot or bowl with couscous.
- Boil the water and chicken stock.
- Add liquids to couscous, cover and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add green peas and butter. Mix and serve.
