Korean Style Potato Noodles
Ingredients
- Korean potato noodles
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Sesame oil
- Black pepper
- Ginger
- Carrots
- Celery
- Onions
- Dried Chinese mushrooms
- Red pepper
- Sui choi (wunga pack or nappa)
- Green onions
- Roasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Soak Chinese mushrooms for at least 1 hour.
- Thinly slice all vegetables and stir fry in pan. Season with soy sauce, salt and white pepper
- Mix together soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil.
- Boil potato noodles.
- Drain and immediately mix with soy sauce mixture (do not let cool).
- Mix with stir fried vegetables and sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
