Greek-style Hot Pasta
Ingredients
- Pasta (penne or radiatore recommended)
- Tomatoes (nice red o nes, hothouse?)
- Red & Green Peppers
- Onions
- Garlic
- Salt, Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Olives & Capers
- Greek Seasoning
- Feta Cheese
- Parsley
Instructions
- Roast vegetables, garlic, sal t pepper and olive oil under broiler.
- Boil pasta, drain and set aside.
- Put vegetables, Greek seasoning, crumbled feta, minced parsley, olives and capers on pasta.
- (optional) Add cooked shrimp or chicken to pasta for more oomph.
Options
- Make an Italian style by substituting Italian herb and Parmesan cheese, and thicken with a little sour cream.
