Creamy Mac and Cheese

With Bechamel sauce

Baked mac and cheese

Ingredients

 

  • 2 pounds (1kilo) Pasta
  • Bechamel sauce
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp butter (for top)

 

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta and drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 325F
  3. Make bechamel sauce.
  4. Mix the sauce with the pasta.
  5. Place in a 12x2 1/2 inch pan.
  6. Sprinkle cheese, bread crumbs and butter on top.
  7. Bake for 25mins.
