Creamy Mac and Cheese
With Bechamel sauce
Ingredients
- 2 pounds (1kilo) Pasta
- Bechamel sauce
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- bread crumbs
- 2 tsp butter (for top)
Instructions
- Cook pasta and drain.
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Make bechamel sauce.
- Mix the sauce with the pasta.
- Place in a 12x2 1/2 inch pan.
- Sprinkle cheese, bread crumbs and butter on top.
- Bake for 25mins.
