Pad thai

Ingredients

  • Rice noodles
  • Carrots (julienned)
  • Bean sprouts
  • Eggs
  • Firm tofu (cut in strips)
  • Green onion
  • Garlic
  • Chicken (optional)
  • Oyster sauce
  • Fish sauce
  • Water
  • Black pepper
  • Chili flakes (optional)

 

Instructions

  1. Soak rice noodles for 10 minutes in cold water.
  2. Fry garlic in oil
  3. Add black pepper, oyster sauce and fish sauce.
  4. Add egg and stir.
  5. Add chicken (optional) carrots, tofu and bean sprouts.
  6. Add rice noodles and water.
  7. Add green onions and  chili flakes.
