Pad Thai
Ingredients
- Rice noodles
- Carrots (julienned)
- Bean sprouts
- Eggs
- Firm tofu (cut in strips)
- Green onion
- Garlic
- Chicken (optional)
- Oyster sauce
- Fish sauce
- Water
- Black pepper
- Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Soak rice noodles for 10 minutes in cold water.
- Fry garlic in oil
- Add black pepper, oyster sauce and fish sauce.
- Add egg and stir.
- Add chicken (optional) carrots, tofu and bean sprouts.
- Add rice noodles and water.
- Add green onions and chili flakes.
