Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Salt

Method

  1. Combine ingredients to make a firm dough
  2. Knead to a smooth ball
  3. Let it rest for at least an hour
  4. Flatten and cut noodles
  5. Boil in large pot of salted water with some oil
  6. Remove noodles when they float
  7. Drain in colander and add more oil to keep them loose
