Egg Noodles
Ingredients
- Flour
- Eggs
- Salt
Method
- Combine ingredients to make a firm dough
- Knead to a smooth ball
- Let it rest for at least an hour
- Flatten and cut noodles
- Boil in large pot of salted water with some oil
- Remove noodles when they float
- Drain in colander and add more oil to keep them loose
