Russian Onion Chicken
Ingredients
- 1/2 bottle Kraft Russian Dressing
- 1 package onion soup
- 2 tbsps apricot jam
- Dried apricots diced
- 2-3lbs chicken cut-up or parts
- salt
- pepper
- garlic
- thyme
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic.
- When ready to cook, mix all other ingredients and coat chicken.
- Bake in Pyrex dish at 325F until cooked.
