Chicken Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Dried mushrooms
- Green onions
- Ginger
- Carrots
- Bean sprouts
- Water chestnut
- Bamboo shoots (optional)
- Maggie sauce
- Soy sauce
- Black pepper
- Salt (if neededd)
- Corn starch
- Spring roll wrappers
Instructions
- Soak mushrooms.
- Cut chicken into strips.
- Julienne vegetables and mix.
- Add seasonings and corn starch.
- Add a piece of each ingredient to spring roll wrapper, roll and seal with a flour water paste.
- Deep fry and cool on paper towels.
