Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Sharp Cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Wash drain and steam spinach (place in pot without water and cover).
  2. Cook until wilted. Cool, drain and chop.
  3. Fry chopped garlic and onions. Mix into spinach.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fry mushrooms until browned.
  6. Pack spinach mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Top with mushrooms and cheese.
  8. Bake for about 15-20mins at 375F and serve.
