Spinach Casserole
Ingredients
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Onions
- Garlic
- Sharp Cheese
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash drain and steam spinach (place in pot without water and cover).
- Cook until wilted. Cool, drain and chop.
- Fry chopped garlic and onions. Mix into spinach.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fry mushrooms until browned.
- Pack spinach mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with mushrooms and cheese.
- Bake for about 15-20mins at 375F and serve.
