Rosemary Roasted Squash
Ingredients
- Butternut squash (or other squash)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- herbs
- Sugar
Instructions
- Peel squash and remove seeds.
- Cube up the squash.
- Season the squash cubes with salt, pepper, olive oil, herbs and sugar.
- Place in baking pan and roast until done. (Can also microwave for a quick alternative)
