Rosemary Roasted Squash

Rosemary Roasted Squash

Ingredients

  • Butternut squash (or other squash)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • herbs
  • Sugar

 

Instructions

  1. Peel squash and remove seeds.
  2. Cube up the squash.
  3. Season the squash cubes with salt, pepper, olive oil, herbs and sugar.
  4. Place in baking pan and roast until done. (Can also microwave for a quick alternative)
