Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • minced onion
  • 1tbsp cumin or fennel seed (your choice)

Method

  1. Wash cauliflower and cut into small pieces
  2. Dry cauliflower very well
  3. Mix seasonings with cauliflower and place on parchment paper baking tray
  4. Roast at 425F until lightly browned.
  5. Stir once and finish browning
