Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- Cauliflower
- olive oil
- garlic
- minced onion
- 1tbsp cumin or fennel seed (your choice)
Method
- Wash cauliflower and cut into small pieces
- Dry cauliflower very well
- Mix seasonings with cauliflower and place on parchment paper baking tray
- Roast at 425F until lightly browned.
- Stir once and finish browning
