Zuppa Toscana
Ingredients
- One large link of italian sausage
- italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
- onion
- red pepper
- celery
- bay leaf
- chicken stock
- 1 potato sliced with skin on
- Optional: cream/milk
Method
- Fry sausage in pot then drain off extra grease
- Fry onion celery and red pepper
- Add stock and other seasonings
- Let it boil up
- Add sliced potato
- Add veggies
- May add cream if wanted creamy
