Zuppa Toscana

Ingredients

  • One large link of italian sausage
  • italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • onion
  • red pepper
  • celery
  • bay leaf
  • chicken stock
  • 1 potato sliced with skin on
  • Optional: cream/milk

Method

  1. Fry sausage in pot then drain off extra grease
  2. Fry onion celery and red pepper
  3. Add stock and other seasonings
  4. Let it boil up
  5. Add sliced potato
  6. Add veggies
  7. May add cream if wanted creamy
