Corn Soup
Ingredients
- 12 cups chicken stock
- 3 cans cream style corn
- 1/2 chicken breast shredded Shredded boiled chicken
- 1 tbsp diced celery
- 1 tbsp diced onions
- Eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Heat chicken stock with celery and onions.
- Add cream style corn, salt, black pepper and chicken.
- Add egg and stir well.
- Mix cornstarch in water and add to soup.
- Cook until thick.
