Corn soup

Ingredients

  • 12 cups chicken stock
  • 3 cans cream style corn
  • 1/2 chicken breast shredded Shredded boiled chicken
  • 1 tbsp diced celery
  • 1 tbsp diced onions
  • Eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

 

Instructions

  1. Heat chicken stock with celery and onions.
  2. Add cream style corn, salt, black pepper and chicken.
  3. Add egg and stir well.
  4. Mix cornstarch in water and add to soup.
  5. Cook until thick.
