Foo Chook Soup
Ingredients
- Chicken Bones
- Celery
- Onions
- Ginger
- Foo chook
- Dried mushrooms
- Dried plums (optional)
- Chicken meat
- Funcy
- Black fungus (optional)
- Kum choi
Instructions
- Thaw bones and boil.
- Let cool and skim off grease (optional)
- Pre-soak Chinese mushrooms and foo chook.
- Add celery, onions and ginger to stock. Let simmer.
- Add foo chook, mushrooms, dried plums and black fungus to stock and let simmer for at least an hour.
- Add meat and cook for about 15mis or until done.
- Add funcy if desired.
