Prawns in Black Bean Sauce

Ingredients

  • Prawns
  • Black beans
  • Garlic
  • Cooking wine
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Clean prawns and drain well.
  2. Rinse black beans and crush.
  3. Marinate prawns with salt, black pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, half of the garlic and half of the black beans.
  4. Chop green onions.
  5. Heat oil.
  6. Add remaining black beans and garlic. Let fry for a few seconds.
  7. Add prawns and stir until they change colour.
  8. Add a little water, cover and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
  9. Remove cover. Add green onions and stir.
