Prawns in Black Bean Sauce
Ingredients
- Prawns
- Black beans
- Garlic
- Cooking wine
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Green onions
Instructions
- Clean prawns and drain well.
- Rinse black beans and crush.
- Marinate prawns with salt, black pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, half of the garlic and half of the black beans.
- Chop green onions.
- Heat oil.
- Add remaining black beans and garlic. Let fry for a few seconds.
- Add prawns and stir until they change colour.
- Add a little water, cover and cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
- Remove cover. Add green onions and stir.
