Chow Har-Luk (Prawns in Tomato Sauce)
Ingredients
- Prawns
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Tomatoes
- Ketchup
- Cooking wine (optional)
- Sugar
- Vinegar
- Onions
- Sweet peppers
Instructions
- Clean prawns and soak in cold salt water for 10 mins. Drain well.
- Season prawns with garlic ginger, salt, black pepper.
- Cut up onions, peppers and tomato.
- Pan fry shrimp and remove slightly undercooked.
- Fry onions, peppers and tomato.
- Add some salt, black pepper, vinegar, sugar and ketchup, mix in shrimp and enjoy!
