Chow Har-Luk (Prawns in Tomato Sauce)

Chow Har-Luk

 

Ingredients

  • Prawns
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Tomatoes
  • Ketchup
  • Cooking wine (optional)
  • Sugar
  • Vinegar
  • Onions
  • Sweet peppers

 

Instructions

  1. Clean prawns and soak in cold salt water for 10 mins. Drain well.
  2. Season prawns with garlic ginger, salt, black pepper.
  3. Cut up onions, peppers and tomato.
  4. Pan fry shrimp and remove slightly undercooked.
  5. Fry onions, peppers and tomato.
  6. Add some salt, black pepper, vinegar, sugar and ketchup, mix in shrimp and enjoy!
