Garlic and Parsley Prawns

- Prawns
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Clean prawns and drain well.
- Marinate prawns with salt, black pepper.
- Chop garlic and parsley finely.
- Heat oil in pot and add parsley and garlic.
- Let fry until parsley turns dark green.
- Add prawns.
- Stir until prawns change colour.
- Add butter .
- Add a little water if dry.
- Stir constantly while prawns cook for approximately 5 minutes.
