Paratha Roti (Buss-up-shot)

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp softened margarine
- 1/4 cup oil for coating
Instructions
- Stir flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add enough water to form a smooth soft dough.
- Knead well and leave to relax for 1/2 hour covered with a damp cloth.
- After the dough has relaxed, reknead and divide into four balls.
- four surface and roll out dough to 8" or 9" circle as desired; spread with some margarine ad sprinkle with a little flour.
- Cut rolled dough from centre to edge, roll tightly into a cone, press peak of cone into centre and flatten; leave to rest for 30mins.
- Sprinkle flour on surface and roll out dough very thin with a rolling pin.
- Cook on a moderately hot, greased baking stone (tawah), for a minute.
- Turn over and grease with oil and cook for 1 minute.
- Turn over to the other side and brush with oil and cook for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and crush with a wooden palette or wrap in a clean towel and crush.
