Chinese Onion Crepe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tbsp lard or shortenings

Method

  1. Mix flour, water and salt and knead into a smooth dough. Let sit for 15 minutes
  2. Divide into 4 pieces
  3. Flatten, spread on lard and green onions and roll back up
  4. Flatten again and cook in an oiled pan until golden brown

How to eat?

Fill with grated cucumbers, carrots, cilantro, pan fried onions and peppers and hoisin sauce, sliced beef or chicken, roll and enjoy.
