Sweet Sticky Coconut Rice with Mango

Ingredients
- Sweet sticky rice
- Coconut cream
- Palm sugar or brown sugar
- Salt
Instructions
- Wash and soak sticky rice for 4-6 hours
- Cook rice
- In a seperate pot, cook together coconut cream, sugar and salt on a low heat, stir continuously
- Combine rice and coconut cream mixture, or pour directly over rice when serving
- Serve with fresh peeled and chunked mango
