Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble
Ingredients
3cups rhubarb
1cup strawberries
2tbsp flour
2tbsp sugar
Crumble:
1cup quick oats
1/3cup Brown sugar
Cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Method
Mix together rhubarb, strawberries, flour and sugar in baking dish
In a separate bowl, mix together oats, Brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter
Top fruit with mixture
Bake at 325F for 40minutes or until fruit cooked and topping browned
