Coconut Blancmange
Ingredients
- 1 large dried Coconut
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 1 can Condensed Milk
- 2 envelopes Gelatin
- 1 cup boiling Water
- 3 tbsp Sugar
Instructions
- Liquefy coconut in blender
- Squeeze out coconut milk; keep husk separate.
- To coconut milk, add evaporated milk, condensed milk, and the gelatin which has been melted in the water.
- Put mixture in the fridge to set.
- Fry coconut husk in fry pan with sugar, stirring constantly over low heat until golden brown. Remove immediately after browned.
- Serve blancmange in individual bowls sprinkled with coconut husk. Garnish with cherry.
