Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup frozen peas (boiled)
  • 1/3 cup onion chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green sweet pepper
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perins)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder

 

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until cooked. Cool and cut into cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, Worchestershire sauce, black pepper, salt and garlic powder.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except potato and mix.
  4. Add potato, mix and chill.
  5. Stir before serving and add extra mayonnaise if necessary.
  6. Garnish with egg slices and radish.
