Asian Sesame Spaghetti Salad
250g spaghettini boiled al dente and cooled overnight in fridge
1/2 c Kraft Asian Sesame dressing
2 tablespoons Thai chilli sauce
Few sprinkles sesame oil
Salt, black pepper, ground chili flakes
1/2 lime juicedĀ
2 heads cilantro leaves chopped
2 green onions slice long and thin
1/2 red pepper thinly sliced
1/2 green or yellow pepper
Few slices red onion
Two slices ginger in thin strips
1 chicken breast fillet cooked and shredded coarsest
A few lettuce leavesĀ or radicchio
Cook and chill noodles. Add sauces and veggies. Adjust taste to your liking- more chili flakes if you want spicy. Shred chicken and mix in. Just before serving, mix in a few chopped lettuce leaves and sprinkle with a few sesame seeds. I use 3 lager romaine leaves and 3 leaves of radicchio. It has a nice red color and a slight bitter taste. Looked nice in the salad. You can use left over roasted chicken if you have.
