Corn, Avacado and Egg Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 4 eggs hard boiled
- 2 avacadoes
- Mayonaise
- Black pepper
- Dash of garlic powder
- Nutmeg
Instructions
- Cook eggs, peel and cool. Cube eggs.
- Peel and cube avacadoes.
- Mix Mayonnaise, black pepper and garlic powder.
- Add corn and mix.
- Add avacado and eggs. Stir lightly.
- Chill and serve.
