Corn, Avacado and Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 4 eggs hard boiled
  • 2 avacadoes
  • Mayonaise
  • Black pepper
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Nutmeg

 

Instructions

  1. Cook eggs, peel and cool. Cube eggs.
  2. Peel and cube avacadoes.
  3. Mix Mayonnaise, black pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Add corn and mix.
  5. Add avacado and eggs. Stir lightly.
  6. Chill and serve.
