Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg macaroni spirals
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 cup frozen peas (boiled)
  • 1/3 cup onion chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green sweet pepper
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 dash Whorcestershire sauce (Lea & Perins)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder

 

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni spirals until cooked. Cool under cold water and drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, Worchestershire sauce, black pepper, salt and garlic powder.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except pasta and mix.
  4. Add macaroni, mix and chill.
  5. Stir before serving and add extra mayonnaise if necessary.
  6. Garnish with egg slices and radish.
