Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg macaroni spirals
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup frozen peas (boiled)
- 1/3 cup onion chopped finely
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green sweet pepper
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 dash Whorcestershire sauce (Lea & Perins)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Boil macaroni spirals until cooked. Cool under cold water and drain well.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, Worchestershire sauce, black pepper, salt and garlic powder.
- Add remaining ingredients except pasta and mix.
- Add macaroni, mix and chill.
- Stir before serving and add extra mayonnaise if necessary.
- Garnish with egg slices and radish.
