Shepherd's Pie
Ingredients
- Ground beef
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mixed dried herbs
- Onions
- Brown gravy mix
- Peas
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Butter
- Milk
Instructions
- Cook ground beef and drain grease. Add seasonings and cook. Meat should be slightly saucy.
- Add peas and carrots.
- Peel, cook and mash potatoes. Add butter, salt, and milk.
- Spread half of mashed potato in a baking dish.
- Add meat.
- Spread remaining half of mashed potato. Draw lines along top with a fork.
- Bake at 375F until near brown. Spread a small amount of butter over the top and bake until fully browned.
