Scalloped Potatoes

Scallop potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Milk
  • Cheese
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Flour
  • Butter

 

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes, slice and boil until slightly cooked.
  2. Melt butter on low heat, add flour and stir.
  3. Add milk and stir constantly until milk heats and thickens.
  4. Add grated cheddar cheese and stir.
  5. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  6. Add potato slices to dish.
  7. Pour on cheese sauce and bake until sauce bubbles and casserole starts to brown.
