Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Milk
- Cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Flour
- Butter
Instructions
- Peel potatoes, slice and boil until slightly cooked.
- Melt butter on low heat, add flour and stir.
- Add milk and stir constantly until milk heats and thickens.
- Add grated cheddar cheese and stir.
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Add potato slices to dish.
- Pour on cheese sauce and bake until sauce bubbles and casserole starts to brown.
