Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 kg package hashbrown style potatoes
- 1 250ml sour cream
- 1 can campbell's cream of anything soup
- 4 green onions
- half cup milk
- half cup diced cheddar cheese
- salt, pepper
- 1 table spoon butter or margarine sliced
Instructions
Mix all in bowl and put into a pyrex dish. Bake at 375 for 40min or until golden brown.
NOTES: hashbrown potatoes are FROZEN and small diced. DO NOT buy hashbrown patties or any other shaped things. I like cream of celery soup best.
