Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 kg package hashbrown style potatoes
  • 1 250ml sour cream
  • 1 can campbell's cream of anything soup
  • 4 green onions
  • half cup milk
  • half cup diced cheddar cheese
  • salt, pepper
  • 1 table spoon butter or margarine sliced

Instructions

Mix all in bowl and put into a pyrex dish. Bake at 375 for 40min or until golden brown.

NOTES: hashbrown potatoes are FROZEN and small diced. DO NOT buy hashbrown patties or any other shaped things. I like cream of celery soup best.
