Potato Filling
For bakes or samosa
Ingredients
- 6-8 Potatoes
- Curry
- Cumin
- Diced onions
- Garlic
- Green seasoning
- Cilantro
- Hot pepper
- Salt pepper
- Red Pepper, Corn, Green Peas, Carrots (for samosa)
Method
- Peel, dice and boil potatoes until cooked
- Fry up garlic with curry, cumin and onions and other seasonings
- Add veggies for samosas
- Mash potatoes and mix in curry mixture
- Let mixture cool before filling dough
