Potato Filling

For bakes or samosa

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Potatoes
  • Curry
  • Cumin
  • Diced onions
  • Garlic
  • Green seasoning
  • Cilantro
  • Hot pepper
  • Salt pepper
  • Red Pepper, Corn, Green Peas, Carrots (for samosa)

 

Method

  1. Peel, dice and boil potatoes until cooked
  2. Fry up garlic with curry, cumin and onions and other seasonings
  3. Add veggies for samosas
  4. Mash potatoes and mix in curry mixture
  5. Let mixture cool before filling dough
