Potato Salad
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Peas
- Carrots
- Corn kernels
- Mayonaise
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Worchestersire sauce
- Mustard
- Diced green pepper
- Diced red peppers
- Celery
- Green onion
- Eggs
- Paprika
Instructions
- Peel potatoes, dice into cubes and boil until cooked.
- Peel and cube carrots and cook with peas.
- Allow all cooked vegetables to cool and drain all water.
- Finely chop peppers, celery and green onions.
- Mix with the mayonaise, black pepper, salt, mustard and Worchestersire sauce.
- Add whole kernel corn.
- Gently stir together the potatoes, peas and carrots with the mayonaise and corn mixture.
- Boil eggs and let cool.
- Garnish the top with sliced eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
