Salt Fish

Ingredients

  • Salt fish (salted cod)
  • Onions
  • Red Peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak fish in water to remove excess salt
  2. Remove bones and skin
  3. Cut up onions, red peppers, tomatoes
  4. Slightly cook cut up ingredients in olive oil.
  5. Add fish and cook until warmed through
  6. Eat cold, room temperature or warm with provisions, dumplings or bakes.
