Salt Fish
Ingredients
- Salt fish (salted cod)
- Onions
- Red Peppers
- Tomatoes
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Soak fish in water to remove excess salt
- Remove bones and skin
- Cut up onions, red peppers, tomatoes
- Slightly cook cut up ingredients in olive oil.
- Add fish and cook until warmed through
- Eat cold, room temperature or warm with provisions, dumplings or bakes.
