Fry Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon slices (½ inch to ¾ inch thick)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Thyme
  • Lemon
  • Lemon seasoning
  • Garlic
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Season with ingredients except flour
  2. Heat oil in fry pan
  3. Dust salmon slices with flour
  4. Put into fry pan
  5. Flip when golden brown
  6. Remove when two sides are golden brown
