Fried Fish

Tastes great made with any type of fish!

Fried Flying Fish

Ingredients:

  • Fish
  • Green Seasoning
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Lime or Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Slice fish into 1 - 1 1/2 inch chunks.
  2. Lightly stir with green seasoning, garlic, enough olive oil to ensure that everything sticks, a dash of lime or lemon juice, and just a little salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly dust with plain flour
  4. Pan fry or grill, making sure not to overcook the fish!
