Fried Fish
Tastes great made with any type of fish!
Ingredients:
- Fish
- Green Seasoning
- Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Lime or Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper
- Flour
Instructions
- Slice fish into 1 - 1 1/2 inch chunks.
- Lightly stir with green seasoning, garlic, enough olive oil to ensure that everything sticks, a dash of lime or lemon juice, and just a little salt and pepper.
- Lightly dust with plain flour
- Pan fry or grill, making sure not to overcook the fish!
