Garlic & Parsley Crab
Ingredients
- Crabs
- Parsley
- Garlic
- Butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Clean crabs. Cut into pieces. Drain properly.
- Marinate crabs with salt, black pepper, pepper vinegar.
- Chop garlic and parsley finely.
- Heat oil in pot.
- Add parsley and garlic. Let fry until parsley turns dark green.
- Add crabs. Stir until crab changes color.
- Add butter.
- Add a little water if dry.
- Cover and let cook, stirring continuously for 7 minutes.
