Garlic & Parsley Crab

Ingredients

  • Crabs
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Clean crabs. Cut into pieces. Drain properly.
  2. Marinate crabs with salt, black pepper, pepper vinegar.
  3. Chop garlic and parsley finely.
  4. Heat oil in pot.
  5. Add parsley and garlic.  Let fry until parsley turns dark green.
  6. Add crabs.  Stir until crab changes color.
  7. Add butter.
  8. Add a little water if dry.
  9. Cover and let cook, stirring continuously for 7 minutes.
